Overseeing complete development of revolutionary care home
We were asked to advise England’s largest not-for-profit care home provider on the redevelopment of a Green Belt site for a brand new care home. We were brought in at the very beginning of the project, when the site was acquired, and worked with the provider to achieve planning permission for a development that was twice the floor space of the existing built development.
